Skater Jumps Exercise by Arthur Szydlowski
This is a great exercise to use as a warm up before playing sports or higher intensity activities! It helps build stability and control in your lower extremities.
How-To Steps:
- Begin standing on one leg with your knee bent.
- Push off your stance leg and land on the opposite leg. Allow the pushing leg to drop behind you. It should look as if you are ice skating!
- Repeat the motion in the other direction.
