Skater Jumps Exercise by Arthur Szydlowski

This is a great exercise to use as a warm up before playing sports or higher intensity activities! It helps build stability and control in your lower extremities.

How-To Steps:

  1. Begin standing on one leg with your knee bent.
  2. Push off your stance leg and land on the opposite leg. Allow the pushing leg to drop behind you. It should look as if you are ice skating!
  3. Repeat the motion in the other direction.
