Shoulder Stability Exercise with Kettle Bell by Arthur Szydlowski
This is a great exercise for late stage shoulder rehab that promotes shoulder stability during exposure to unpredictable forces.
How-To Steps:
- Hold a kettlebell by the handle upside down directly in front of you with your shoulder bent to 90 degrees.
- keep the kettlebell in the same place but turn your body to the side by stepping with your feet. Do your best to keep the kettlebell as steady as possible as you move.
- Return to the starting position and repeat as necessary.

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
