The Forearm Stretch
The forearm stretch is amazing for all of our computer-users, rock climbers, home-chefs and anyone who spends a lot of time gripping or using their hands! It’s super easy to do, doesn’t take long, and can make a big difference for you.
How-To Steps:
- Straighten the arm out in front of you, keeping your elbow straight with the palm facing down.
- Bend the wrist, using your other hand to gently grip the bent hand and pull the fingers downward towards the floor. You should feel a gentle stretch along the forearm.
- To deepen the stretch further, gently rotate your hand so that the fingers on your stretched hand point away from your belly button (outward)
*Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds. Perform on both sides!

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
