The Forearm Stretch

The forearm stretch is amazing for all of our computer-users, rock climbers, home-chefs and anyone who spends a lot of time gripping or using their hands! It’s super easy to do, doesn’t take long, and can make a big difference for you.

How-To Steps:

  1. Straighten the arm out in front of you, keeping your elbow straight with the palm facing down.
  2.  Bend the wrist, using your other hand to gently grip the bent hand and pull the fingers downward towards the floor.  You should feel a gentle stretch along the forearm.
  3. To deepen the stretch further, gently rotate your hand so that the fingers on your stretched hand point away from your belly button (outward)

*Hold each stretch for 30-60 seconds.  Perform on both sides!

*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
