Big Toe Lifts for Foot Pain
Often times our foot pain is caused by a weak foot. I like this simple toe exercise to help strengthen the foot. It only takes a minute and can help with one of the root problems of your foot pain. Isn’t it amazing how one tiney movement can of a toe can affect your whole foot?!
How-To Steps:
- Sit with your foot flat on the floor
- Lift big toe up and hold. (If you can’t do this you can use your hand to help position your toe at first)
- Lower and repeat.
