The Desk Push Up is a full body strength exercise is a great addition to your routine and can easily be done at your desk during the work day! See how many you can do in a row!
- At a sturdy desk, place your hands about shoulder width apart and straighten your elbows.
- Step your feet back so that you are in an elevated plank position with your body perpendicular to your arms.
- Tighten your core and bend your elbows to lower yourself towards your desk, and press back up to the starting position.
**The lower your desk is, the harder the exercise will be.
