The Desk Push Up is a full body strength exercise is a great addition to your routine and can easily be done at your desk during the work day! See how many you can do in a row! 

  1. At a sturdy desk, place your hands about shoulder width apart and straighten your elbows.
  2. Step your feet back so that you are in an elevated plank position with your body perpendicular to your arms.
  3. Tighten your core and bend your elbows to lower yourself towards your desk, and press back up to the starting position.

**The lower your desk is, the harder the exercise will be.
