Hamstring Curl on Ball Exercise by Leanne Park
This hamstring exercise is easy and produces great results! It’s awesome because it works balance, core strength, glute strength and ‘ham’ strength all at the same time, making it a very functional exercise. If you have an exercise ball at home then you have everything you need. You can also purchase an exercise ball like the one pictured below at any of our SOS clinics. How-To Steps:
- Lie down with feet on ball and bottom close to ball
- Drive heels into ball as you squeeze your glutes and lift your hips up
- Hold your hips up and roll the ball out away from you until your legs are straight
- 4) Roll ball back in
- 5) Lower hips
