Big Toe Lifts for Foot Pain

Often times our foot pain is caused by a weak foot. I like this simple toe exercise to help strengthen the foot. It only takes a minute and can help with one of the root problems of your foot pain. Isn’t it amazing how one tiney movement can of a toe can affect your whole foot?!

How-To Steps:

  1.  Sit with your foot flat on the floor
  2. Lift big toe up and hold. (If you can’t do this you can use your hand to help position your toe at first)
  3.  Lower and repeat.
