Edge of Bed Hip Flexor Stretch by Physiotherapist Alana Streicher
Try this hip flexor stretch! Your hip flexors greatly affect your hip mobility and flexibility which in turn affects walking, running, and any number of activities. It’s important to keep them stretched to avoid getting tight. This stretch can be done right on your bed!
How to do this exercise:
- Lie with your target leg hanging off the edge of the bed.
- Hold your other leg close to your chest.
- Slide the heel on your target leg under the bed for a deeper stretch.
