I love this exercise because it is great for building strength in the lower body. Front squats make us activate our core a lot more than other types of squats so it is a great whole body exercise. It is also very easy to make it easier or harder by changing how heavy the weights are!

How-To Steps:

  1.  Hold 2 dumbbells with the end of the dumbbell on the shoulders and the elbows pushed up high
  2. Maintain the position of the torso, upper body while bending the knees to perform a squat
