Thoracic Extension
This is a great exercise to get the mid back moving better, and can help with neck, shoulder, and low back pain!
How-To Steps:

Step 1: Start with your mid back on the roller, lift your hips up off the ground, and keep your hands behind your head to make sure the neck stays neutral!
Step 2: Roll up and down the mid back, never going into the neck or the low back.

Pro tip: If there is one area that feels extra stiff, you can rest your hips to the ground, and lean back to feel a good stretch.
*Never do an exercise that causes you pain*
