The single leg balance exercise is not only great for balance training but also good for strengthening the stability muscles in your ankle. It can easily be modified too. For more difficulty, try closing your eyes. If this exercise is a bit too difficult for you, try doing it on the floor instead of an uneven surface.
How-To Steps:
- Stand on a pillow/folded yoga mat/couch cushion in front of a counter so you can grab if needed to steady yourself.
