Shoulder Exercise: the Forklift by Arthur Szydlowski
This is a great shoulder exercise to promote stability and manage discomfort with overhead tasks.
How-To Steps:
- Pull a resistance band outwards so that it is under tension when your elbows are at your side and bent to 90 degrees.
- Maintain this tension as you raise your arms overhead. Do not let your elbows come together. They should stay the same distance apart through the whole movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
