Lower Body Exercise: Dumbbell Front Squats- by Christine Ecclestone
I love this exercise because it is great for building strength in the lower body. Front squats make us activate our core a lot more than other types of squats so it is a great whole body exercise. It is also very easy to make it easier or harder by changing how heavy the weights are!
How-To Steps:
- Hold 2 dumbbells with the end of the dumbbell on the shoulders and the elbows pushed up high
- Maintain the position of the torso, upper body while bending the knees to perform a squat
