How-To Steps:
- Drape a towel or pillow case over your shoulder and grab hold of the towel’s ends.
- Place the edge of the towel along the sore part of your neck.
- Gently pull forward on the towel and look up. Be mindful not to push past pain and adjust the pull of your towel to coincide with your neck motion.
