Shoulder Exercise: the Forklift by Arthur Szydlowski

This is a great shoulder exercise to promote stability and manage discomfort with overhead tasks.

How-To Steps:

  1. Pull a resistance band outwards so that it is under tension when your elbows are at your side and bent to 90 degrees.
  2. Maintain this tension as you raise your arms overhead. Do not let your elbows come together. They should stay the same distance apart through the whole movement.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
