This glute med exercise is a so great at pinpointing the muscles you may not know you need! It’s a great exercise to improve stability in the hip and can mimic functional movements such as walking or running. 

How-To Steps:

  1. Stand on one leg beside a wall with the other leg bent
  2. Have your standing leg bend slightly 
  3. Push your knee into the wall while maintaining your trunk in neutral position

*hold 10 seconds 6-8x
