Clock Balance Exercise by Physiotherapist Adam Hanton-Fong
This clock balance exercise can help improve overall unilateral balance and ankle stability. You don’t need any special equipment either!
- Stand on one leg (imagine a clock on the ground with 12 o’clock infront of you) .
- Reach with your free foot as far as you can to each number on the clock while maintaining your balance.
- Come back to the center after every reach.
