Calf Stretch by Anna Belay
A good calf stretch helps improve flexibility in the leg/ankle, relieve muscle soreness, and reduce the risk of future injuries. This is one of my favourite stretching exercises in the summer after my long walks.
How-To Steps:
- Stand facing a wall or any other stable support
- Place both hands on the wall and bring one foot behind you (keep the foot flat on the floor)
- Bend the other knee and lean in towards the wall. Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat on the other side.
