Butterfly Stretch by Anna Belay
The butterfly stretch is a great stretching exercise that targets the inner thigh muscles. This often helps improve mobility in the hips and lower back.
How-To Steps:
- Sit on the floor and bring your feet together (as close as possible)
- Grab your feet with your hands and pull them towards you until you feel a comfortable stretch in the groin/inner thigh
*Hold this for 20-30 seconds
