Arthur Szydlowski
(B(PHE), MSc(PT) - Clinical Director)
Arthur grew up in London, Ontario then moved to Kingston to complete his undergraduate degree at Queen’s University in the Physical Health and Education program. He then went on to complete his Master’s degree at Queen’s in Physical Therapy.
Arthur pursued a career in physiotherapy so he could provide expert support to people in his community on their journey toward better health. As a physiotherapist, Arthur takes the time to carefully identify the underlying cause of every condition and find a solution within the context of his patients’ unique lives. This allows him to provide his patients with a treatment plan designed to get them back to doing the things they love.
Arthur will use a combination of manual therapy, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise to help his patients reach their goals. Arthur has participated in multiple continuing education courses that have helped him strengthen his physiotherapy skills. He has also received training from the International Tennis Performance Association and is serving patients at our Greystone racquet club location as well as the Northfield clinic.
In 2022 Arthur received the “Diamond Reader’s Choice” award from the Waterloo record after being voted “best physiotherapist” in the Waterloo region!
When he is not working or studying, he loves spending time with his friends and being outdoors. In the summer, you can often find him riding his mountain bike and in the winter on his snowboard. On other days you can find him on his couch watching documentaries or the Marvel Avengers movies. He also loves a good book and is always open to suggestions.
