Our Team

Maddy is a recent graduate of the University of Cumbria in England, where she successfully completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree. Before pursuing her studies abroad, she earned her undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. Maddy also brings valuable experience from her previous role at SOS Elmira, where she worked as a Patient Experience Coordinator and developed a strong foundation in patient support and clinic operations.

Now back in Elmira, Maddy serves as both Patient Experience Manager and Physiotherapy Assistant. In these roles, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient has a positive, seamless experience while also supporting the physiotherapy team in delivering high-quality care. She is currently preparing to write her physiotherapy licensing exam in the new year.

Outside the clinic, Maddy enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible—especially during the summer months. She also loves staying active at the gym, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending quality time with friends and family.
