Kaelyn Heidebrecht
(Patient Experience Manager)
Kaelyn is the PEM at our Northfield location. She is currently studying Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and is in her final year. Kaelyn started out as a co-op student at our Elmira location in 2023 before transferring over to Northfield to complete her co-op program there. She loves being a part of a team that helps people move and feel their best.
Kaelyn is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who comes through the doors. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with scheduling or just saying hi, she’s there to help make your visit smooth and stress free.
When she’s not in the clinic or studying, you can find Kaelyn exploring the city with her newlywed husband, rock climbing at the gym or enjoying nature. She loves spending time outside and hanging out with her family.
