SOS Physiotherapy is a well-established clinic serving the Kitchener-Waterloo community for over 31 years. We are a Physiotherapist-owned, multi-disciplinary clinic, with three locations within the Waterloo region, a clinic in Vancouver, and another location opening in Guelph in April 2024. Our practice is patient-centered and results-oriented. We are a motivated and close-knit team that brings out the best in each other and our patients while keeping a positive environment. WHAT WE OFFER:
- Part-time 20-24 hours per week with the potential of increasing to Full-time along with access to Health Spending Account for the right candidate
- $23-$25 hourly wage

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proficiency in the use of Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Online Payroll
- Ability to handle all aspects of bookkeeping including, but not limited to; chart of accounts, journal entries, payroll and ROE’s, accounts receivable balancing, supplier accounts payable, customer invoicing, bank and credit card feeds, expense allocations, prepaids, cost-share expense tracking, cooperative education subsidy claims, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, government remittances and returns (payroll, HST, EHT, T4’s, etc.), assist with fiscal year end close
- Ability to use Google Workspace (drive, documents, and sheets), Excel, and WORD in completion of daily tasks
- Must be able to complete the demands of this position with professionalism, accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality
- Good communication skills will be an asset as this position requires the ability to work closely with Clinic Owners, the Bookkeeping Manager, and external parties when required
