This back stretch is a great way to spice up your day at the desk! Get the stretch you need after sitting long periods or having poor posture.

How-To Steps:

  1. Standing with your feet staggered, with your right foot forward. Holding onto a chair. 
  2. Keeping your toes facing forward, reach behind you with your left arm. Keeping your arm straight at shoulder height. Letting your gaze follow your left arm.
