Andrew Woelk

(BHSc(PT), CAFCI, FCAMPT, GunnIMS- Partner)

Andrew is a registered physiotherapist having received his physiotherapy degree from McMaster University and his BA from the University of Waterloo. In 1997 Andrew started his rehabilitative career working with persons with acquired brain injuries.  He then continued his extensive post-graduate courses with a focus on Advanced Manipulative Therapy skills and acupuncture. He has helped teach clinical skills at McMaster University and now enjoys treating patients as well as mentoring fellow physiotherapists.  His passion for lifelong learning has helped Andrew to discover the root cause(s) of a patient’s pain and/or movement dysfunction.

Between studies Andrew took a year to volunteer in South America to help care for street children in Asuncion, Paraguay. Outside of work Andrew enjoys woodworking and most sports, but has a keen interest in hockey, soccer, and mountain biking.  His biggest joys in life are his three children and his wife Katie.
