Struggling with knee pain from arthritis? Here are some tips to help!

  1. Keep the joint as mobile as possible: when lying on your back, pull your knee all the way into flexion, then all the way straight to extension.

Repeat 10x, 2-3x/day

  1. Keep the joint strong: lay on your back with your knees bent and feet on the ground. Keep your abdominal muscles tight as you squeeze your buttock and lift your hips off the bed.

Repeat 5-10x, 2x/day

  1. Ice your knee joint when your joint is swollen for 10 minutes
