Brian Gastaldi

BA, BSc(PT), MS (owner)

Brian is the owner of the Waterloo clinic which he established 17 years ago. He has practiced as a Registered Physiotherapist for 23 years after receiving his degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to studying physiotherapy, Brian was the Head Athletic Therapist at the University of Waterloo for 7 years. For 20 years Brian also worked at the Fowler-Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic, affiliated with the University of Western Ontario while concurrently operating SOS. Brians areas of interest include manual therapy and rehabilitative exercise.

Brian is the holder of a diploma in Sport Physiotherapy and has been selected to several Olympic, Commonwelath, Pan American and World University Games medical teams. Most recently, he was the Assistant Chief Therapist at the 2004 Summer Games in Athens. Brian and his Wife, Gail-Lynn, have two children: Jonathan is a kinesiology graduate from the University of Waterloo and Brianna is an English graduate from the University of Guelph. Both are currently exploring opportunities beyond their undergraduate degrees.
