Beth Albert

DPT, BKin, FCAMPT, RYT, CAFCI

Beth is a registered Physiotherapist having received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, and her Kinesiology degree from McMaster University. Beth is also a registered Yoga teacher. Beth has experience working in both the Canadian and US health systems, specializing in orthopaedic and paediatric therapy.

Since earning her degree, Beth has continued to take courses to expand the care she can give her patients, including McKenzie, manual therapy and acupuncture courses. Beth also teaches Yoga at SOS Belmont, including a Healthy Backs yoga class.

In addition to Yoga, Beth enjoys and actively participates in many sports. A former captain of the McMaster Women’s swimming team, she remains an avid swimmer, but also has a particular fondness for running and cycling. Beth also enjoys spending time hiking and mountain biking outdoors with her husband.
